Ok - but unathorized edition

Received this book in good condition, however there is a red warning on the front cover that circulation outside of the Indian Continent is unauthorized. On the back cover there is a note that this is an International edition and may feature alteration from the U.S. version. I guess I should be happy it is written in English.
