this book is a must read for any upcoming leaders!!

Learning about the five different practices to becoming an exemplary leader was loaded with all sorts of insightful information that I continue to use on a daily basis in my career. While this was a required reading for my leadership lecture during college, I was pleasantly surprised to be thoroughly entertained with the information that I was digesting.
As someone who prides themselves on leadership and the quality that I try and display daily, this book is a must read for any upcoming leaders. Please take the time to digest this information and really benefit from the lessons it is offering.

Lots of great stories and excellent examples of leadership in this book

Lots of great stories and excellent examples of leadership in this book. It's written in a way that makes it enjoyable to read as a teenager or college student trying to get a better grasp on principles of personal leadership. I read it as part of a leadership program, and it worked as a great addition to the course.
